No. Dexter's services are free for clients registered under invitation code UBZQ. You pay only the normal M+ brokerage and exchange fees.
Yes. Email M+ support from your registered email with your UID, Dexter's DR code R336 and your reason. Your shares stay in your CDS account. Full steps
