It means that if you're shareholders of ARBB until 19 January 2024 (If you no sell ARBB shares in stock market before 19 January 2024), you will receive AIGL shares (ARB IOT Group Limited - US Stock Market Listed Shares) on 22 January 2024. How many shares will you get? For Every 1,000 ordinary shares in ARBB, you will get 14 shares of AIGL (ARB IOT Group Limited - US Stock Market Listed Shares) What you need to do? After consulting the Registrar, I have been confirmed that as a shareholder you will need a Foreign Stock Trading Account that are able to trade US Stocks.
