NYLEX failed to submit regularisation plan! Trading will be Suspended from 7 February 2024!

Nylex had failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe of 26 January 2024 as granted by the Listing Committee via its letter dated 13 October 2023 (“LC Decision Letter”).

Investor that invested in this stock (NYLEX) has to be alerted.

There is a latest announcement stated that the trading of the shares of NYLEX will be suspended starting 7 February 2024. 

The reason is that NYLEX Malaysia Berhad is unable to submit regularisation plan to Bursa Malaysia.

Will the company get delisted?
The de-listing of the securities of the Company upon the expiry of 2 market days from the Suspension Date will be deferred pending the decision on the Appeal by Bursa Securities.
